Charity event "WE ARE FREE!"

"We went through severe torture, we survived, we returned, but the hardest thing was when, upon returning, we realized that no one needed us except our families. We are not needed by the government or the state..." - these are the words of our defenders who returned from captivity in the Russian Federation.

The charitable event "We are Free!" was held, organized for the third time by the "With an Angel on the Shoulder" Charitable Foundation.

At the last event, 22 women who returned from captivity were present. There are 16 former prisoners of war on this one, 10 of them heroes and 6 heroines!

All of them agreed to meet with us, with people who can safely feel free, because we live at home, not in the trenches, not at the front and not in the hands of the occupiers... Society is only now beginning to learn to live in the realities of the difficult stories of those who visited in captivity!

It's hard for us to hear these stories firsthand, but what was it like for them when they were going through all this abuse by non-humans!? For what??For the right to be Ukrainian, Ukrainian!

We will meet these stories for a long time and each of us must learn to listen to them, be able to support real heroes, and do everything so that they understand what is needed as soon as possible!!!Very needed!!Definitely needed!!!

Will our Unbreakable Defenders forget this captivity?

No. Never.

Will they feel our gratitude and acceptance, our love??

It depends only on us!

Before the event, we suggested that everyone say what question to ask them, as part of the discussion?

They wanted to talk about the horrors of captivity, although we asked: if it's difficult, don't go back there - you don't have to in memories!Let those present simply get to know you, feel your energy, understand the value of your return!

To which, they answered: NO! This should be shouted to the whole world!So that the world knows what Non-Humans are, bastards from the Moscow swamps!!

At the event, we all lived together a part of the difficult lives of people who carried their love for Ukraine through trials!

Everyone had their own motivation to survive!

Thanks to the help and unity, the sacrifice of not indifferent people, we can heal those released from captivity in the "TuStan" health center.

After the event, our heroes and heroines went to Skhidnytsia, where they undergo rehabilitation, rest, eat well and receive medical and spa procedures, drink mineral water, relax and communicate with their relatives, because some of them went with their families!
