There are meetings after which you keep smiling for a long time…
Today we had the honor of speaking with Volodymyr — a man who spent more than three years in Russian captivity. Today, together with his wife and son, he is recovering in the picturesque Skhidnytsia, where the Charity Fund “With an Angel on the Shoulder” gifted their family the opportunity for rest and rehabilitation at the wonderful Hotel TuStan.
When you look into the eyes of people like him, you understand even more deeply the price of freedom. And you realize how important it is not only to welcome our defenders home after captivity, but also to help them return to life — through care, peace, the support of loved ones, and the chance, even for a moment, to feel that they are home, among people who truly care.
We invite you to watch this story. May it become another reminder for each of us: an extraordinarily high price has been paid for our freedom.
