“A Celebration for Those Who Give Hope”

Life-Saving • Ongoing • Essential Chain: a need (a mother’s plea for her sick child, requests from military medics, and other urgent appeals) → a call from blood service staff → our volunteer team working on the request → reaching out to donors → a donor’s visit to the blood center → donation → the journey of that precious package of healing liquid to the life-saving transfusion… A process that never stops for a moment…
And it is the people in this chain that the team of the Charity Fund “With an Angel on a Shoulder” brought together in the Metropolitan Gardens.
👼❤️Since 2016, blood donation has been our daily care, our great love, and our constant fight for life. And every year, this day is special for us.
How can you fit a whole year of life-saving work into one evening? 🤔Probably impossible. But on June 12, on the eve of World Blood Donor Day, we tried to do it together!
How it was:
✨Morning. Lviv Regional Blood Service Center. Our incredible donors! We welcomed them with warmth, treats, hugs, and boundless gratitude for every drop of life.
☕️🥐Evening. The event: “A Celebration for Those Who Give Hope.” A truly blessed location — the Metropolitan Gardens. Here we gathered friends, talked, shared warmth, presented awards, and inspired others to join this incredibly important cause.

🥂🍰Every donation is a quiet act of heroism. And this year proved once again: together we are a force capable of saving lives.
