  • you are 18 years old
  • your weight is over 70 kg (for women over 60)
Be sure to take with

  • had viral hepatitis or infectious, venereal, oncochronic, cardiovascular and autoimmune diseases
  • less than one year has passed since surgery or tattoo application
  • you have ulcers
  • less than a month has passed since a cold, Covid-19, vaccination or course of medication

Do not use medicines containing aspirin and analgesics

Avoid fatty, spicy and smoked food, dairy products and eggs

Refrain from drinking alcohol

In the morning

Be sure to have breakfast (porridge on water, sweet tea, dry cookies)
